Search all entries without having to press "Ctrl+Enter"

I don't recall having to do this on 1Password7, but now when I put in search criteria I have to hit "Ctrl+Enter" to see all search results. 99% of the time if I forget to do this it selects the wrong...

Thanks for your comments about the use of the "Show all matching items" (Ctrl + Enter) function when searching and understand that you'd like to see a setting to make this the default search functionality.
