Secret key not being recognized.

I do have recovery codes that I generated but I don't think I ever used them. I can try using the recovery code and see if it will work but I think it already failed. 

I have been having this same problem with signing on to a new computer. I am not sure if it is the secret key. I can sign on to a old computer right next to the new computer. The new computer keeps saying something is wrong that I entered. I have tried multiple times over months.  I want to discard the old computer and I don't want to keep having to use my cell phone.  I am typing the secret key in from the original sheet I printed out on 3/20/2023.  What should I do?

Are you copying the Secret Key from the Emergency Kit PDF or elsewhere and pasting it into the form, reading and typing it, or using some other method?
