When "Always use private browsing mode" is enabled, this results in extensions being blocked from creating and writing to a local database. We're working with our friends at Mozilla to see if there's a better way to handle this, but for the time being, 1Password in Firefox needs "Always use private browsing mode" disabled in order to function.
