This is a very old thread so hopefully no one minds the bump, but I am experiencing the exact same issue almost two years later. After running into the issue I restarted 1password, updated 1password and chrome, yet the issue persists.
- 1Password for Mac 8.10.74 (81074021)
- 1Password browser extension version 8.10.72.27
81072027, on STABLE channel - Chrome is up to date
Version 136.0.7103.49 (Official Build) (x86_64)

5 months agoI'm sorry that you're running into issues with passkeys on CVS.com. One of my colleagues tested and it looks like CVS.com is currently incompatible with third-party passkey managers like 1Password except when you first save your passkey using Safari on an iPhone. If you have an iPhone try these steps:
- On your iOS device, using Safari, go to CVS.com and sign in.
- When prompted, save a passkey using 1Password and follow the on-screen instructions.

I'm sorry that you ran into trouble when posting. Did you have HTML tags or code in your post? How did you eventually resolve the issue?

No HTML tags unless they accidentally got inserted when I copied and pasted my browser and 1password version information. I don't recall exactly what I did to make it go through - I refreshed the page a few times and copied and pasted as "plain text" and maybe closed the tab and created a new one and finally I noticed my comment had posted.

Unfortunately I use a Pixel / Android phone.
Is this a CVS issue to fix or something that 1Password has to fix? Or maybe both? If it's the same issue that the thread starter reported it's been ongoing for about two years, which is quite a long time...

Our development team has an internal issue filed for this and it looks like fixes were shipped in the past but I can confirm that I see the same issue on my end today. I've updated the internal work item so that our developers are aware and can investigate further.
