Simplify duplicating items when there is only 1 vault

Hello, khornung. Thank you for writing in and for the feedback about how we can improve the item duplication process in 1Password.

While I can't make any promises, I've filed a feature request on your behalf to simplify duplicating an item if there is only one vault.
