Hello BenBob, thank you for your reply.

I've tried testing the behaviour on my end but I'm not able to create an account due to region lock restrictions. May I ask if you're using the "Open & Fill" feature from the 1Password browser extension? Do you experience the same error message if you use the "Open & Fill" feature from the 1Password desktop app?

Do you experience the same behaviour if you change the website URL to https://www.sling.com/sign-in in your Sling Login item?
