[Solved] Reset app's autofill preference

I have been trying to find a way in 1Password to reset the preference of one of my applications (Cisco AnyConnect) to not autofill with an entry which doesn't work anymore. I selected "Always Allow" previously - at least now I have stopped it from automatically submitting from the app setting but that's about it.

Moreover, I tried editing the entry to see if there is any linked app but it only shows linked websites. Lastly, I also tried to delete the entry and tried to change the URL associated with it - Both of the things don't work.

Does anyone know a work around for it?

    Nevermind, I found an entry where it says linked app. (I am officially blind)
