Start and unlock 1Password at login with gnome-keyring
Hi,
I’m on Arch Linux. I have a strong session password, and pam is configured to auto unlock gnome-keyring when I log in, using that password. My 1Password password is stored in gnome-keyring. And each time I restart my computer and access my session, the first thing I do is opening gnome-keyring, copy my 1Password password, start 1Password, and paste the password to unlock it.
In that configuration my true single password is my Linux session password.
So I would like to know two things :
- Is there arguments against such configuration?
- Would it be possible to auto start and auto unlock 1Password using the gnome-keyring stored password when unlocking my session?
Thanks for your help!
Regards,
Jérôme
