"Start here" prompts - long time user and cannot see a way to make them go away

Thank you for reaching out. The "Import your passwords into 1Password" message is part of an onboarding flow to help new users get started in using 1Password, if you already have items saved in 1Password and you still see the onboarding message then it sounds like something is going wrong. So that I can better understand the situation:

  1. Do you see the same message on any other devices?
  2. Do you items saved in your Private/Employee vault (not other vaults that you may have created)? If you do then how many items are saved there?
  3. Are you using an individual, family, teams, or business account?
