I'm sorry that you're seeing the same prompt repeatedly when using 1Password in Safari. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:

  1. Do you regularly clear Safari's history/cache?
  2. What is the following setting configured to: Safari > Settings > General > "Remove history items".
