Okay, no worries. In your opening post you mentioned:

OS Version: Windows 11 Pro and Mac Ventura
Browser: Edge, Safari, Chrome, Brave

But if you'd like to start by troubleshooting the Mac, that's fine too. The instructions for Mac are here and Safari here. Thanks! 😃
