Storing files in the vault....I can't figure it out😦

Your offer and your answer is very generous I thank you very much. That won't be necessary. I will keep a few important files in here just cause it's easy but I'll keep the bulk of them in Nord because they take folders and have the layout I'm used to like windows.

I believe your first diagram is what I did I was able to load some files in there I I just wasn't able to assign them a tag or a category or something like that But it's just not important really because I'm only going to keep a few files in there. If you described how to do that I apologize You're on a way higher sphere than me in technical expertise.
