Storing files in the vault....I can't figure it out😦

I'm confused, fair enough. i'm not sure what exactly you're teaching me to do. I believe you're teaching me 2 separate things. 1. how to add a category or something to a file 2. how to upload files. Is that correct?

I did what you said to see if I could group like files together. I choose edit then added a new field "Financial" I couldn't find it near the tags or see how it would help.

For your other help about uploading files. is the benefit you can upload multiple files at once? if so then that's worth looking into I guess rather than doing them one at a time the other way. But because there's no functionality for folders (as I've been told) i'm just sticking with the Nord Locker for keeping those financial files And that's no big deal It's FREE 'cause I don't have a lot of size.
