Storing files in the vault....I can't figure it out😦

I can't find settings. It seems that is the first step to trying to learn how to use tags to organize my documents?

Settings can be accessed in 1Password 8 for Windows by clicking the vertical ellipsis (⋮) above the left sidebar and selecting Settings or using the keyboard shortcut, (Ctrl + Comma (,)) > Appearance > Always Show in Sidebar > Categories. The item categories are also available by default by clicking Categories under the search bar:

This should help you identify all Document (or any other) item type in your vaults. I've included some other related links below:
