Thanks for asking. As it currently stands, Opera GX isn't a supported browser for integrating with the 1Password desktop app, but I'll share your thoughts with the team. In the meantime, disabling "Integrate with 1Password desktop app" in 1Password in Opera GX (right click the 1Password icon in Opera GX's toolbar, choose Settings) should prevent the pop-up from appearing.
