Hello Rhansen,

Thanks for your message. Following your latest update, could you try disabling app integration in 1Password in the browser? Does the chrome extension allow you to sign in with your account password after turning off this option?
1. Open your browser, right-click the 1Password icon in the address bar, and choose Settings.
2. Under the General heading, disable Integrate with 1Password app.

With regard to the 1Password 8 for Windows, after you open and unlock this with your account password, are you seeing an offline indicator near the top of the window? When 2fa for your 1Password account is activated, does clicking the offline indicator request a 2fa code?
