Text Box Icon not operational

Just updated to v.8.10.16 (from .15) and the icon in both the login and password box no longer prompts the title of the login/password card. For example, to log into this website, I had to click on the icon in the Safari toolbar to pull up the login and password and copy and past each one. Typically, there would be a pop-up prompt from the icon in the login box, but it does not function when clicked on. Am I doing something wrong with this version? (also, I checked the App Store to confirm I am running the most current browser extension)

    Try the following:
    1. Quit 1Password completely from the menu bar.
    2. Quit Safari.
    3. Open 1Password and then the browser.

    It sounds as if 1Password for Safari recently updated and there is a disconnection in the communications.

    I would like to mention that Apple released macOS Ventura 13.6 recently and I would recommend updating when possible. The patch was for several exploits that had been actively used in the wild. iOS, and watchOS were also updated.
