The 1Password passwords set up on my Ipad are not downloading to 1Password on my PC laptop. Why?

I have more than a hundred passwords on my Ipad but but only 40 on my PC laptop. Passwords created on my laptop upload to my Ipad but passwords created on my Ipad do not download to my laptop. ...

Hello @LarryD53! 👋

I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing all of your items on your Windows PC. So that I can better understand how you're using 1Password on your devices can you tell me the following:

  1. Are you using a 1Password account or are you using an older standalone vault?
  2. If you're using a 1Password account then do you see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
  3. If you are using a 1Password account and you don't see all of your items on 1Password.com then do you see a "Primary" standalone vault on your iPad?

You can check for a Primary vault on your iPad by following these steps:

  1. Open and unlock 1Password on your iPad.
  2. Tap on Categories.
  3. Tap on the vault icon in the top left corner of the screen.
  4. Do you see a Primary vault listed?
