The application “1Password 7.app” is not open anymore.

Every time I restart my computer, 1Password does not open when clicking on the Application icon on the Dock and Applications folder. I receive this error when my MacBook has been on for a long time. ...

As https://1password.community/profile/kirkmc said above, opening Activity Monitor, double-click on the '1Password7' process then select Quit. Then you can restart it.
