The extension “1Password for Safari doesn't update.

Hi. 

It seems that The extension “1Password for Safari" doesn't update with the 1Password App            (macOS 26.4.1 (25E253)

Example  : Im updating a Login (New password ) and the extension “1Password for Safari doesn't update. 

Any advice will be appreciated. 

1Password for Mac 8.12.12 (81212044)

    I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:

    - A link to this thread: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/the-extension-%E2%80%9C1password-for-safari-doesnt-update-/169791

    - Your forum username: ronen

    Can you also provide answers to the following questions along with the diagnostics report?

    • When the issue occurs, do you see the newly created items when you sign in to your account on 

      1Password.com or on another device?

    • If you lock and unlock the 1Password for Safari extension, does the new item appear there?
