the "open" balloon doesn't do anything
Though I'm logged in to 1Password and the extension (using safari) clicking on the balloon or the icon has no effect. It ought to fill the password (and log in, where the field asks for it. Why...

20 hours agoHi tdehnke, I'm sorry to hear you're running into similar behaviour, although it's good to know that restarting Safari or your device helps.
In your case it sounds as if you might be running into an intermittent connection-related issue. To confirm my understanding, when you say the red reconnect button, is this:
- The offline indicator - a red cloud that appears at the top of the extension window.
- The integration indicator - a coloured circle under Settings > General > Integration status.

The connection always showed as working.
I've since turned off the connection, but the user experience of having to double unlock 1PW (app and browser) is poor, so hopefully a fix can be found.
