Thanks @brtan, hopefully we can see what's going wrong and get this resolved as soon as possible. I understand the frustration especially when you are unable to fill your passwords.

I'd like to ask you to send over a console log from your browser as well as a diagnostics report:

Thanks Dave. Both apps are updated. I have tried to restart the Mac and the browser. It's not working.

I'm sorry to hear that 1Password isn't working properly with your browser. It sounds like communication between the 1Password extension in your browser and the 1Password for Mac app has broken down. As a first step, please update both the desktop app and 1Password in the browser:
Then, follow these steps:
- Close all open web browsers.
- Right-click on the 1Password icon at the top of your Mac's screen and then click Quit. Wait until the icon disappears.
- Double-click on 1Password from your Mac's Applications folder.
- Open your web browser.
