Touch ID No Longer Available In Safari Extension Sequoia 15.1 Beta 3

I'm having an issue in which the Safari Extension (8.10.44) will no longer connect with the desktop app 8.10.46 on Sequoia 15.1 Beta 3. Nothing appears to be any different other than installing Beta ...
