TouchID in browser not working and desktop app unlock not syncing with browser

Whenever I try unlocking 1Password in my Brave browser, touchID isn't prompted at all. So I have to manually enter the password.

Not only this, but if I unlock 1Password from the Desktop app, it won't sync with Brave so I have to unlock it twice which is frustrating.

    Hey @amaaneth, sorry about your experience with the extension in Brave. It's possible that you are running into a known issue that had severed the extension's connection to the app. The good news is that our developers have recently released a fix for this in 1Password 8.9.15. Could you check to see if you are running 1Password 8.9.15?

    If you're running an older version of 1Password, please follow the steps below to update the app:

    After that, please restart your computer, open your Brave browser, and test things out. Let us know if you are still running into trouble!
