TouchID stopped working after adding new fingerprint
Unlocking with TouchID on 1P has stopped working after I added a new fingerprint to my TouchID config. I tried all of the methods listed on the forum to try to reset it, but no luck.

I'm sorry that Touch ID isn't working with 1Password on your Mac. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
