Tracked and nothings working right

Does anyone know what any of this tracked means or the swift stuff? It seems this password app is a nightmare.

    My analytics is insanity. I was definitely SIM card cloned. Now I’m trying to figure out what apple is up to. The tracking notifications doesn’t work. I have this code thing I can’t even find to delete it. Going nuts here. Thanks anyone!
