Transfer remaining annual subscription to a new account after lost access
Hello 1Password Support,
I recently created a 1Password account and purchased an annual subscription, but I lost access to the account. I have already tried the available recovery options, and I understand that recovery will not be possible.
I do not need help recovering the vault data. My goal is to delete the inaccessible account and create a new one, but I do not want to lose the remaining value of the annual subscription I already paid for.
Could you please help me with one of the following options?
Transfer the remaining subscription time or account credit from the inaccessible account to my new 1Password account; or
Advise the correct order of steps so I can delete the old account and create a new one without losing the value of the annual subscription.
Please let me know what information you need to verify ownership and billing. I understand that you cannot recover or reset my account password or Secret Key, and I am not asking for access to the encrypted vault data.

I'm sorry that you lost access to your 1Password account. Since we don't have access to your account information here on the public community, I recommend sending an email to support@1Password.com so that our support team can help you directly via email.
