Tried to add a Yubikey 2FA, locked myself out of my account

I tried to add a Yubikey 5 C NFC as a 2FA login for my 1password account. It seemed to work, but with errors. Now, when I try to log into 1password.com, it requires the security key, but then says ...

I can still get into 1Password 7, although it bugs me for a security key. I’m still able to get into the preferences, though, where 1Password > Preferences > Accounts says for my account that two-factor authentication is turned off. When I open the link it shows for learning how to set up two-factor authentication, it takes me to 1Password.com, which requires me to log in. Which, well, see above.
