I'm sorry that the iOS version isn't updating after you deauthorized your iPhone. Can you try these steps to uninstall and reinstall the 1Password for iOS app:
- Log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app).
- Verify that you can see all of your items in the browser. If there is anything missing then stop here and let me know.
- Download and save the Emergency Kit for your account: Get to know your Emergency Kit
- Reset the 1Password app on your iPhone: How to reset the 1Password app on a specific device
- Add your 1Password account back to your 1Password for iPhone app.
Does "Trusted Devices and Browsers" now show the correct information?
