two different amounts of good password strengths

if i open 1password from notification area which is 1Password for Windows 8.5.0 it shows passwords 46 fantastic 3 excellent `1 very good 3good which seems about right but if i open https://my...

Thanks for bringing this up! There are currently some differences in Watchtower implementations across clients, so you may see small differences between the 1Password app and the 1Password website. With that in mind however, broadly speaking, it is our intention to build cross-platform parity where it makes sense, but can't provide more specifics beyond that.
