It's great to hear you're setting up shared vaults for your colleagues. You're going to be a hero! 🙂

I see what you mean – clicking confirm on over a 1000 entries is not going to be fun at all. In general we want to err on the safe side of things as you cannot unshare a secret so I don't want to add a "never show again" type of checkbox. With that said, we do try to minimize these prompts by avoiding them when moving to an item to an unshared vault within the same account. I think what's getting you is you're moving between accounts, which we indeed are cautious there and show the prompt.

One idea that might help is you're able to bulk-move items to vaults. To do this select the items you want and drag-and-drop them onto the destination vault on your sidebar.
