Unable to create a Vault on 1password.com

Given the instructions at https://support.1password.com/create-share-vaults/?mac#create-a-vault, I should see New Vault on the Home page (I guess it is the page loaded directly on <domain>.1password....

That instruction is poorly written.

When logged in to my.1password.com, click on Vaults in the left menu, then click [+ New Vault] in the top left of the pain panel. This will open the Create a new vault page.

    There is also a blue [+ New Vault] button in the top right of the Home page.
