Unable to fill into Safari after updating to macOS Ventura

I have exactly the same problem. In short, the extension version 2.14.0 is simply not usable with Safari. Same symptoms, nothing helps. The 1Password guys seem to have completely broken it. ankushnarula can you please tell me how to downgrade it on M1/Ventura? I'm in a desperate need.

PS. Oops, mixed two forum threads. The downgrade is in another one. Sorry, I figured out how to do that anyway (using a Time Machine backup).
