Unable to login to 1Password 8 beta

I've downloaded the 1Password 8 beta. It picks up my account upon the initial ogin screen, I select that but when trying to login I get the following error (I am only asked for my password): We w...

An update: I've tried logging in via browser extension and that prompted me for my OTP. Once entered the OTP, I was logged in to both extension and 1Password8 app so perhaps something related to MFA setups... (I have an OTP and Yubikey setup).
