Unable to sign into my 1Password account due to 2FA

I'm sorry that you're unable to sign into your 1Password account. If the one-time password from your authenticator app isn't working, then do you still have access to the 1Password app on any of your devices? If you do then you can follow these steps to temporarily turn off two-factor authentication: 

• If you lose access to your authenticator app or security key

If you don't have access to 1Password, or these steps don't work, then I recommend that you work with our support team over email since they'll be able to help further. I see that you have a support ticket already open and I've flagged it to the correct team, one of my colleagues will reply to you soon via email.
