Unexpected Application Error! Invalid time zone specified: Etc/Unknown

Since a while ago, I have been unable to operate the 1Password desktop app due to the error screen in the title.
I have already received a support ticket ID, should I wait for a reply?
(Support ticket ID is LNG-18343-781)

1Password Version: 8.10.34
Extension Version: 2.24.2
OS Version: Ubuntu 22.04
Browser: Firefox
