Uninstalled 1PW 8 for Windows (Beta Release). Unable to Reinstall the Windows 8 client

I uninstalled 1PW 8 for Windows which was on the beta release channel. I want to reinstall but I get an error message indicating I had a new version previously and the installation fails.

How can this be resolved so I can reinstall 1PW 8 for Windows and then switch to the beta channel?
