A fix was released in the latest beta to address an issue where Universal Autofill stopped working in all apps (not just Chromium browsers like Edge) due to a change made in the previous beta update. This specific issue did not affect the production version of 1Password.
Just to confirm: is Universal Autofill not working just in Chromium browsers like Chrome or Edge on your Macs? Or are you also seeing the issue in Safari and in other desktop apps as well?

Just tested Safari - that works now, but Chromium Edge still does not work.

1P_Dave Any update on this? Just to reiterate what I said the other day: this latest beta has not fixed the issue with Chromium-based browsers.
I am using 1Password for Mac 8.11.4 (81104025) (i.e. the latest beta) on MacOS 15.6.

I'm sorry for the continued disruption. The issues involving Universal Autofill and Chromium browsers are still open with the team. The fix in the latest update was for a different issue that affected other non-Chromium apps.
So that the team can confirm that you are running into one of the known issues, I'd like to ask you to reproduce the issue again and then create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Mac:
Send a diagnostics report (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
