Universal Autofill not working in Safari 15.6.1

Universal Autofill either via Quick Access or the keyboard shortcut is not working in Safari 15.6.1 in macOS Catalina. I tried it with the extension enabled and disabled without success. It works in ...

I just noticed that when I Autofill in another browser (either Firefox or Chrome) with Safari open at the same page it will Autofill the login in both browsers.
