Unlock 1Password with Apple Watch still failing

Thank you for answering those questions! I'd like for you to try a test that will better indicate where the issue is occurring (you might have seen this test in the thread that you linked to in your original post): 

1. Wait until you run into the issue where you can't unlock the 1Password for Mac desktop app using your Apple Watch.
2. Click on the  in the menu bar.
3. Click System Settings.
4. Click Privacy & Security.
5. Click Advanced.
6. As a temporary troubleshooting step, turn on "Log out automatically after inactivity".
7. You'll now see a macOS system prompt asking you to confirm the action. You should receive a double-tap notification on your Apple Watch.

Let me know if you receive the double-tap notification when trying these steps. Once the test is over you can turn off "Log out automatically after inactivity".

To answer those questions:

1. Do you see any error messages when you try to unlock 1Password using your Apple Watch? - No.  It just prompts me to type in the Password for each assigned account.  There isn't even the option to click the AppleWatch logo in the password screen.
2. Are you able to unlock the Mac itself using your Apple Watch? - Yes.
3. Does Apple Watch unlock sometimes work? Or does it never work? - Unlocking the Mac works 100% of the time.  Unlocking 1P works, at best, 1/10 of the time.

1. Do you see any error messages when you try to unlock 1Password using your Apple Watch?
2. Are you able to unlock the Mac itself using your Apple Watch? 
3. Does Apple Watch unlock sometimes work? Or does it never work?
