Upgrade from individual to family

I pay annually for the individual account but want to change to family now. Will I be charged for the full amount of the family plan or does 1Password give me credit for the the unused portion of the individual account? Thanks!

    Good question! You do get credit for that unused portion of your individual account. If you can share with me how you're currently billed for 1Password (Apple, Google, direct from us), I can give you the steps to switch, if that's helpful!
