The newest version of Parallels, Parallels 19, supports Touch ID with Windows Hello. Here's the Parallels KB article. https://kb.parallels.com/129870
I've tried it, and I haven't been blown away. I think there are some things with using a Microsoft account (and password), the PIN login option etc. I haven't been able to get it to use Touch ID successfully. I'll often get a prompt to enter my password (Microsoft account password), which I have to go look up.
When I have some free time, or when Parallels releases a point release, I'll try it again. I love the idea. At the moment, though, for me, it fails the Apple "it just works" test. 😉
