Hi smhex - I'm afraid I don't have an update to share on this, but it's on the radar of the development team. Keeping 1Password up to date will be the best way to ensure that you receive the fix as soon as it's released. You can also keep an eye out for the fix in the 1Password release notes:

In the meantime, have you been able to autofill the TOTP using the steps given by Dave? You can also use your passkey to sign in to PayPal and then use Universal Autofill (Command+\) to autofill the TOTP.
