V 2.23.2 (any browser) 7-seconds to load extension drop-down and no auto-fill

Today I've had nothing but problems with 1Password not autofilling any of the internal work websites we have (that are http - rather than https). We're behind the firewall where the server for these...

I'm seeing the same issue on 2.23.1, and I can add a couple extra details:
- Downgrading to 2.22.1 fixes the issue, updating back to 2.23.1 brings it back
- The issue also occurs on some HTTPS-enabled sites as well
- Working: https://www.engadget.com/
- Not working: https://login.engadget.com/
You don't need an Engadget account to verify this issue (I don't have one); just try opening the 1Password popup from your browser while viewing an affected page, and it takes several seconds to load instead of its usual <1s load time
