v7 to v8 WLAN migration

Hi
Accidentally clicked through a message saying there are 37 items in my local vault that needs WLAN syncing to migrate them to v8. How do I retrieve those?

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Mac Latest
Browser:_ Chrome

    Thanks. I tried that just now and got a generic auto responder message about upgrading to a paid account... i already have a paid account
