We weren't able to save your document
Hi. I keep getting the "We weren't able to save your document" error when trying to either create a new item or add a document to an existing item.
Thank you for answering those questions. It looks like you're a few versions behind, can you update to the latest version of 1Password (8.11.4 at the time of writing): How to keep 1Password up to date
If you still see the issue on the latest version then I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Linux device:
Send a diagnostics report (Linux)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

Hello rushtone! 👋
I'm sorry that you're seeing an error message when trying to add a file to an item. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:
- Does the same issue occur whether you drag and drop the file to the item or whether you use the file picker to select the item?
- Which version of 1Password for Linux are you using: Find the version numbers for 1Password and your operating system
I look forward to hearing from you.-Dave

- Yes. With drag-and-drop I get the same error as when I use the file picker.
