Websites requiring passwords in spite of pass keys
I am confused by pass keys. For one of my financial accounts, I have stored the passwords in 1Password. I have also stored a pass key there as well. When I go to the account, my face get scanned and ...

Hi,
I’m actually using an app for DCU.org. Here are screenshots for my experience.
1) this is what I see when I open the app
2) this is what I see after I click sign in with Face ID
So I’m not sure that there’s a pass key involved, but if it wants me to sign in with my Face ID, why is it populating my password?
I can’t tell if it’s 1Password populating the password or some other mechanism. I do have the password stored in 1Password.
