Websites requiring passwords in spite of pass keys

I am confused by pass keys. For one of my financial accounts, I have stored the passwords in 1Password. I have also stored a pass key there as well. When I go to the account, my face get scanned and ...

Based on the details, 1Password is not part of this Autofill process, and passkey unlock is not supported on DCU.org. I recommend contacting the developer of the DCU app on iOS to find out how they use Face ID to store and autofill the credentials.
