Thank you for your reply. If nothing happens after clicking the Next button from your screenshot, could you reinstall the 1Password browser extension? Here's how:

First, make sure you have a copy of your https://support.1password.com/emergency-kit/ or another device signed in to 1Password nearby and that you know your account password before you start:

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Right-click the 1Password extension icon in Chrome's toolbar and select Remove from Chrome.
  3. Install a fresh copy of the 1Password extension from here -> https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/1password-%E2%80%93-password-mana/aeblfdkhhhdcdjpifhhbdiojplfjncoa.

Let me know how that goes.
