When I open Safari on my iMac, why is there no padlock symbol on the 1Pass icon in the toolbar?

I've just noticed the padlock symbol that used to always be on the 1Pass symbol on the toolbar is no longer there before I attempt to unlock it. Is this a problem or just normal now? When I click on ...
